Return Policy for Damage/Quality/Doesn’t like Etc…
We are committed to provide you quality service and material. However, due to some limitations from both sides we would like to clarify certain terms and conditions beforehand so that we don’t have any differences in future. We will be very thankful for your kind co-operation.
If any damage/issue in regards to material then customer needs to inform us in writing in 24-48 hours of receiving parcel. Any complaint shall not entertain after that. We replace only damage items in full catalog/set items and if not available with mfg company then we will refund your for that piece. Catalog will not be eligible for exchange with other catalog or items.
We don’t provide any type of guarantee in material. If you are not aware about material quality and manufacturer’s brand then we will request you to place small order and check quality. If you are okay with quality then you can proceed for more orders.
We are committed to give you same manufacturer’s product as shown in the picture of our web store. There will be still a chance some product might not be exact same as photo as some variation sometimes comes from manufacturer’s only. Or sometimes due to photographic effects some color variation seen between photo and the actual product. In that case, it is not possible to check all the catalogs and match with the pictures.
Courier charges needs to pay by customer in case of damage product replacement. We are committed to refunding you 100% material amount as store credit excluding transport/courier charge in 1-3 days of receiving parcel back with us if stock is not available for replacement. You can use your in store credit in next purchase.
For international and domestic shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty or Sales Tax or any other tax levied by your state or country needs to be paid by buyer only. VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import duties are not in our control and depends on respective countries rules and regulations. It is not included in our ordering process and needs to pay by customer if levied by.
If any damage pieces or due to any reason you would like to return the material then return shipping charge will have to bear by customer and we will provide the 100% material cost to you as In store credit in 1-3 days of receiving parcel or replacement we will do whichever possible for us to do. Single pieces above 1000rs will be eligible for exchange (No return) only in case of damaged products. We will courier exchange piece to you soon after replacement done from our end. However, there will be very rare chance of damage as we check all pieces above 1000rs before dispatch so we can avoid the issue for that.
All Single pieces order will be checked before sending. We don’t check the materials in full Set from our side due to resource and time limitations. Still, if you would like to get the materials checked from our side then checking charge Rs 10/- Per piece needs to pay by buyer and we shall check all the materials and then send to you. (Recommended for INTERNATIONAL Customer because it is not possible for them to return so) Even after checking we don’t give any guarantee that you will not get any damage pieces but we will do our best as you are paying us checking. Please, note your parcel dispatch may get delayed by 1-2 days due to time constraint if you need checking service for the ordered material.
We will refund you the 70% of material amount in case full parcel lost during transit and 30% needs to bear by customer. You can insured your parcel with us to avoid losses due to PARCEL loss in transit. Ask our Sales person for insurance for more details.
Please, accept parcel only if the packaging looks intact from all side and doesn’t look open, tempered or loose packaging anyway. We will not provide any refund claim of missing pieces from parcels unless it gets confirmed from the courier company. If pieces missing confirmed by courier company then we will provide you 80% material amount to you in 7-10 days of lodging complain for the missing pieces.
We do not provide any guarantee for stitching. Customers will be providing for stitching at his/her own risk. We are committed to make sure whatever we can in your stitching but stitched suits will not be exchanged or returned for any reasons. We advise you to place small order for stitching in the beginning and once you are okay with the stitching quality then you place more orders.
Return product must be in original condition of company with cover photo. Products must not be cut or changed or used or else they will not be applicable for exchange or return. It needs to be in its original packaging condition with photo on it (if given with product).
HOW TO RETURN?
We do not provide any return pick up facility at this time. Customer needs to arrange their own reliable courier for the return. Indian Post by surface is cheapest available option to send back return to us within India (Just for information). No returns will be accepted without prior notification.
Your Order is CONFIRMED after we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT. There are chances that even AFTER you pay for the product, it may not be available. In such cases we will initiate Refunds in 4-5 days or Adjustments of funds to a future order whatever options customer chooses.
This policy can be changed solely at the discretion of PSTAR Enterprise.
